I am proud of much of the content I create across channels and the way I bring an open-book approach to connecting with my audience and helping inspire others to be courageously vulnerable in their own lives. The greatest reward in my life are the messages I receive from people about how my content has helped them navigate life’s challenges, feel less alone, and motivate them to create meaningful change in their lives.

I am most interested in how a person can turn struggle into triumph — not just surviving hardship, but overcoming it to become a stronger person, find a deeper purpose in their lives, and unlock a new level of determination to positively impact the world. When I learn about the lives of remarkable people — athletes, artists, entrepreneurs, leaders — what inspires me is not how they built their businesses or achieved their success, but how they discovered a well of internal resilience and faith in themselves that pushed them forward.
